We offer free FedEx or UPS 2Day® shipping for all our in-stock stones shipped within Canada. Orders placed before 12 pm PST will be shipped the same day to be delivered next business day. Custom-shaped diamonds may take a few days to be shipped.
We exclusively use trusted carriers like FedEx and UPS for all shipments for a quick, hassle-free and reliable experience.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure package security. Your shipment is fully insured during transit, providing peace of mind. We will ship only to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is on its way. This allows you to follow your shipment's journey and know when to expect delivery.
